What I DO FOR YOU

As your coordinator….
  • All decor and event-specific items will be set up according to your vision and venue walkthrough notes. I can coordinate delivery as well if items need to be dropped off before the event date. This also includes any day-of necessities and client requests (coffee, lunch, etc).

  • I will ensure all items used in set-up are safely packaged for transport at the end of the event. This includes decor, personal items, leftover cake/food. Items can be brought to your location (if within a reasonable distance of the venue).

  • The big day should flow seamlessly--that’s where I come in.

    I’ll be on-site to keep everything running smoothly according to a pre-decided timeline I create for you so you can focus on what matters most-- soaking in every moment.

    This also includes things like organizing your processional entrance, coordinating meal and speech times, syncing vendor schedules with your main timeline, and coordinating times for ceremony and reception traditions and requests.

  • I will have a day-of emergency kit at your disposal containing but not limited to:

    • sewing kit

    • stain remover

    • pain reliever

    • fashion tape

    • safety pins

    • first aid kit

    • breath mints

    • lint roller

    • super glue

    • steamer

    • scissors

    • phone charger

    • tape

  • I will safely hold onto your vendor tip envelopes and distribute them accordingly as your vendors near the end of their contracted hours.
